Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Gangtok
- Arrival at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport.
- Transfer to the hotel in Gangtok.
- Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir
- Visit Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft) and New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft).
- Return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok to Pelling via Namchi & Ravangla
- Visit Namchi Chardham and Ravangla Buddha Park en route to Pelling.
- Check-in and overnight stay in Pelling.
Day 4: Pelling Sightseeing & Transfer to Darjeeling
- Visit Skywalk, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, and Bird Sanctuary.
- Transfer to Darjeeling.
- Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Day 5: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
- Sunrise at Tiger Hill.
- Visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, and more.

Terms and Conditions
- If any sightseeing points are closed due to renovation, weekly closure, or any other reason, that point will not be covered on another day. No alternate sightseeing will be arranged for the closed points.
Important Notes:
- Hotels will be confirmed based on room availability. If unavailable, a similar hotel will be provided.
- The itinerary may be adjusted according to hotel availability at the time of booking.
- Documents required to issue permits for Tsomgo Lake, New Baba Mandir, Nathula Pass, Lachen, and Lachung:
- Photo copy of valid Driving License / Passport / Voter ID for adults.
- Birth Certificate for children under 18 years.
- Passport-size photos of all guests.
Transfers and Sightseeing:
- Transfers from Gangtok/Pelling/Darjeeling to other destinations will be provided between 07:00 AM – 08:00 AM or 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM.
- If any sightseeing points are closed due to renovation, weekly closure, or other reasons, no alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
- If booked for luxury vehicles, Scorpio/Xylo/Innova will be provided depending on availability. Maximum of 6 people (including children) are allowed in 1 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova with up to 5-6 medium-sized luggage. For more people or extra luggage, an additional vehicle will be needed at extra cost.
- Vehicles in No Parking Zones will be parked in available areas, and guests must wait for the vehicle to arrive, which may take time due to traffic.
- Most hotels don’t have parking spaces, so guests should be at the reception 5 minutes before departure to avoid delays.
- Parking is difficult in many areas, and specific entry times will be assigned. Please follow the given schedule.
- The vehicle may change every day or for different sectors according to the itinerary.
- Guests are advised to travel with only one luggage bag per person.
- Hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
- The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim and Darjeeling may not match the standards of other developed areas. Expect occasional water and power shortages.
- Most hotels in Sikkim do not have lifts, so guests must be able to climb stairs. If any guest has health issues that prevent them from climbing stairs, they should inform us during booking so we can arrange a room on the lowest floor.
- In Lachen and Lachung, most hotels offer vegetarian food only.
- It is advised to carry only minimal luggage to North Sikkim and leave extra luggage at the hotel in Gangtok due to poor road conditions and potential landslides.
- Senior citizens and children under 10 should avoid visiting Gurudongmar Lake due to high altitude and low oxygen levels.
- There are no room heating systems in most hotels in North Sikkim (Lachen and Lachung). Instead, hot water bags are provided.
- Hot water in North Sikkim (Lachen and Lachung) is provided by buckets, not geysers.
- Hotels in North Sikkim (Lachen and Lachung) offer basic amenities, and food is cooked by locals, not chefs.
- Innova vehicles are not suitable for Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir, Lachen, and Lachung due to the terrain. Alternative luxury vehicles like Scorpio/Xylo will be provided.
Important Note about Nathula Pass:
- The Nathula Pass permit is issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department, subject to availability and road conditions.
- Only a limited number of permits are issued to registered travel agencies on a rotation basis. Nathula is closed on Mondays.
- Permits must be applied for at least 48 hours before the tour (or on the day of the tour, depending on road conditions). If the permit is unavailable, the tour will go only till Baba Mandir.
- Valid photo ID (Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) and passport-size photos are required. Aadhaar Card and PAN Card are not accepted. A birth certificate is required for children under 18.
- Guests must travel in available vehicles (e.g., Xylo/Scorpio/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per the permit issued. Vehicle type cannot be chosen.
- The Indian Army allows visits to Nathula from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM only. Guests must start early from Gangtok to reach on time.
- In high season, permits are limited. If a permit cannot be obtained, the supplement amount will be refunded after the tour.
- If the Nathula Pass permit is unavailable due to weather or other issues, the supplement amount will be refunded after the tour.
- If the permit is issued but guests cannot visit due to other reasons, no refund will be provided.
- If there are fewer than 6 people from one travel agent, the Department may combine small groups with others for the 4 km trip to Nathula. In this case, the guest may need to switch vehicles with others, and no refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation will follow the hotel’s and transportation provider’s cancellation policies.
